If you ever wanted to expand your soup and stew making skills, or just learn something new, please join us at the Outdoor Center on October 5th from 10am-2pm for an interactive soup and stew building class. Professional Chef Kelly Vogelheim will be teaching how to prep fresh, locally -sourced ingredients with time saving methods. It will be followed by a lunch of soup or stew, with salad and bread. Class is limited to 12 people.
